Additions, Remodel, Electrical
"We just connected with will the first time we met him. He is honest, reliable, cost conscious, flexible and willing to work with our ideas. He helped us build a beautiful deck with a built in bench and crafted a wall that has a hide away door to access the area under the stairs. He and his team also built custom picnic tabled benches. He was really thoughtful about making recommendations that were practical and appealing to the eye. If we didnâ t like the choice he made for something like stain or lighting he readily changed them. We definitely recommend him and his team and will use them again"

Plumbing
"I highly recommend this company!!! He responded within minutes of my searching for a plumber. He came the next day and installed a new tankless water heater. He also found a faulty electrical outlet and repaired it as well. Quality workmanship. I will keep his number. His name was Harry."

Tile
"Gavin was punctual, tidy, pleasant, and did beautiful tile work. I appreciated that he was the one who came to look at the job and also who did the work - he didnâ t hand it off to someone else. I had prepped the shower walls with Kerdi-board but didnâ t do the most level job. Luckily, Gavin has decades of experience and was able to save our tile install from being a disaster! Will be sure to call him once itâ s time to remodel the second bathroom. Highly recommend GM tile."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
