He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. "Aaron arrived right on time, provided cost estimate after viewing, and went immediately to work in replacing the old water heater. He used shoe covers so as not to scratch or dirty our wood floor. I would rate his work as excellent as soldered pipes, connections, strapping of tank, and general overall work is now so much better than what was previously in place. Aaron was also kind enough to fill the salt into the water softener and cleaned up the area around the heater and softener tanks which he did not have to do. Joannie from their front office was also most helpful, in arranging for tank replacement at such a late hour of the night and assisted me in getting the information on how and where to shut off the gas supply to the damaged and drained water tank.
