"Javier was very fair and reasonable. Javier was hired to stucco a front and back wall of our home that had vinyl siding. The job he was hired for turned out to be more work than realized but Javier was up for the challenge. Javier removed some vinyl siding and found a ton of rotting wood which he replaced prior to stuccoing the wall. Javier and his team worked diligently and provided reasonable cost for additional work that was needed to complete the job. Highly recommend"

"Osmar and his team installed approximately 3000 sq ft of porcelain tile in my home. They did an amazing job with the large plank tile and used 1/16th spacers. The floors turned out beautiful and I get complements from everyone who comes Into our home. He and his team also retired a bathtub and floor to ceiling shower. The work they do is very good and I highly recommend him. Lastly they installed our kitchen and bar backsplash and receded our fireplace. Really anything I asked Osmar to do he did excellent work! His price was very reasonable and he was reliable and always on time! Thank you Osmar!!"

"I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done"

"In the past 6 months I have hired Armando to do a LONG list of items at my house. Exterior work has included: pressure wash and paint new 3-color scheme, refurb and repaint 5 carriage lights and one porch pendant light, repair back patio ceiling drywall, repair enclosure screen, replace screen door hardware, replace two existing flood light fixtures, add a third flood light fixture, install two new back patio ceiling fans, install new front door latch set, install new door bell pushbutton. Interior work has included: remove 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring and glue, seal concrete floor with epoxy, and install new bamboo flooring; demo fireplace mantle, wall and hearth to prep for new stone fire place (by others); install new baseboards in all areas where new floor was replaced, relocate two in-wall speakers. rough-in new speaker wiring, relocate two receptacles, relocate dining room pendant fixture, replace all receptacles and light switches in area of renovation, install new screw-less wall plates throughout, remove partial height granite backsplash in kitchen and install new decorative tile backslash from counter to cabinet, install new shower heads in all bathrooms, misc. drywall repairs, paint living room, dining room, kitchen hallways, office, and laundry room new 3-color scheme. We are very happy with the work Armando has done for us. . About the only things he doesn't do is stucco and roof repairs. I would highly recommend him for your project."

"We needed our shower tiles replaced and Platinum Tile was quick and did excellent work at a reasonable price. The shower is on the third floor of the house and they covered all of our stairs in tarps and cleaned up very well at the end of the project. I would definitely hire them again!"
