He was polite, patient and very professional. Do I care that he isn't licensed? I would under most circumstances, but all the reviews I read were very positive and it turned out to be a very wise decision. Here is how satisfied I am with what Ben did. I would hire him in a minute to do any job, including remodeling. He is taking the contractors exam in a couple of weeks, so he obviously knows what he is doing. I saw pictures of his remodeling jobs, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I'm in a customer service business where general contractors and maintenance personnel are used on a daily basis. This was a prefect job by a very professional person. And I have surround sound again!! I'm making a list of things that Ben can help me with in the future. Yeah!"
