"Chris did an awesome job. Had a previous contractor that didn’t do the job right then fought to fix it. I called Chris he came and looked at it and knew exactly what to do. He did an awesome job. Made sure all the corners were beveled and sealed. Sealed all seams so you don’t see them and made sure everything looked professional. Checked in with me regularly so I knew what was going on and to sign off on each step before payment. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family."

"I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"
