"I hired APEX builders for an additional bathroom at one of my properties and I could not be happier. The bathroom came out beautiful. Billy was super easy to work with and his communication was the best part. I always knew what was going on, where we were in the process and what was next. Highly recommended for any project. I will be using them again."

"Rob Ryder with DryLock Systems repaired my concrete foundation. Rob and his sons came as scheduled and on time. They installed a drain in the basement floor and cleaned the drain going to the sump pump. Rob also suggested we change the sump pump to a newer one. He was not expensive and came below the estimated cost. He also guarantees his work. We were so happy to do business with DryLock Systems. Thank you and great job done!!!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Hereās a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractorās qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a proās HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesnāt stop here. Once youāve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Saco Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 26 reviews of 26 pros.
