With Dmytro he took me to his wholesaler and let me know which floors are good and which are not ( ie cheap floors and non cheap floors). Dmytro showed me the best flooring and with a very good price. Considering my budget he still helped me picked top of the line flooring without paying too much. He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention.
