"I've had Beverly Builders Group do two remodel projects for us, the first one was converting a garage into an ADU, and the second one was doing a partial remodel on our main house. Noah was the project manager. We had a very positive experience. All of the things that can be frustrating about working with contractors were generally not an issue here. Noah was incredible about sticking to schedule. We had tight timelines for both projects, and they were completed exactly when promised (in fact a bit ahead of schedule). We never had to call the office since Noah was providing all our needs even for things that was not directly related to the construction process. We were much impressed by timelines especially on the second project, which required digging a foundation in the midst of heavy rains this past winter. Noah also was very responsive, communicated clearly, and stuck to budget. Any disagreements we had along the way were resolved professionally and with both sides happy. And, most important, I'm happy with the outcome and the quality of the project."

"They refused to put their warranty on product and against rodent intrusion as part of the contract. They did fine work but said to just go to the website for a warranty. They can change the website anytime so I asked them to put the warranties in writing and they refused. Steve was one who I spoke to, as well as the lady in the office. When someone refuses to put a warranty in writing, it is called "puffing" and cannot be enforced by law. I was disappointed they would not back up their claims. So the work was fine, but they left me disappointed. If something is not in writing and signed by both parties, it is not a contract and cannot be enforced."
