Don went above and beyond to smooth things over with the tenant on my behalf and to negotiate with the insurance company. He has excellent communication skills and customer service with all involved parties. He made sure we were happy with the job and followed up to make sure things were going well. I don't know what we would have done without him. HIs work speaks for itself and we were really happy with the job that he did but his outstanding personality and customer service really goes the extra mile. "This wonderful company put in a French drain and sump pump in our basement. All the work was fully explained in layman's terms and all questions answered. Just before they were to start work, my husband was hospitalized and had to have surgery. Glen was understanding, called to check on my husband's condition and how my family was. We were finally able to have the work done and they helped us with many obstacles, always caring, always professional.
