"Ceasar was extremely professional throughout the project. Always on time and the one time he was late he sent me a text to inform me. He and his crew did a fantastic job protecting our floors and furniture. They even moved the furniture for us and put it back! They cleaned up before leaving for the day. I hired Ceasar when another painter flaked out on me at the last minute. I called Ceasar and he came out the same day to assess the work. He provided me a very fair price for the work. "Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching! "LJ Flooring just completed a 2500 sq. ft wood look porcelain tile project at my home. I was nervous about the size of this project. Luis was very professional and great at communicating. He went above and beyond on making us a satisfied customer. He even helped us get the best deal on tile. There were no hidden costs. I was joking with Luis that I need to find another project so we can hang out. 2500 sq ft was a couple week project and the crew showed-up each day on time and Luis was constantly communicating with me about progress and next steps.
