"I rarely rate companies but I feel this company deserves a positive mention. First from a business standpoint I was very pleased. They were the first company to respond to my request. They presented a very competitive bid that offered pricing for either composite or wood material. They worked with me on alternatives until I made a decision. They were able to start work without a long wait. HR Renovations kept in contact with me regarding their plan and their crew stuck to the schedule. Secondly, I really liked the crew they had doing the work at my house. They were friendly but not intrusive. They worked through the day without a ton of breaks and did a very methodical and professional job. I felt very comfortable having them working around the house. Each day they picked up the work area and left it in clean and organized shape. The job was finished on time and I am very happy with the final product. I will have them back again for any additional work I need done."

"Our old wooden deck was rotting and in need of rehab. Carl gave us an estimate to replace all the deck surface boards with a qualification that depended on the amount of rot we had in the old posts supporting the deck. Fortunately only a few required replacement and we did want the job to be done correctly. We also wanted a new sliding glass door to go along with our resurfaced deck. Saul and his helpers did the work on the deck and installed the door. These guys were great and made every effort to do the work professionally. They paid attention to details and did not hesitate in making corrections where necessary and to redo instead of covering up when necessary. The extra effort left us with a brand new look in our back yard and we could not be happier. I also know from past experience that if we find anything wrong with the work that Mark Meredith, LLC will send a crew to make it right."

"Hire with confidence, this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I’m moving out of state and needed my new townhouse painted. Andreas, the owner, quickly went onsite to quote my project, suggested additional work (which needed to be done) and provided a detailed written proposal. The day of the project, Andreas and his crew of 5 or 6 painting the interior of my home (ceilings, baseboards & walls) completing the project in only one day! The quality of their work is exceptional - walls were patched & prepped, walls required 2 coats and high quality Sherwin Williams paint was used. Their clean-up was also really impressive. "I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. I felt bad asking him to smooth out one tiny area, but he assured me that it was no problem, and he took his time to make sure that it was perfect before wrapping up for the day.
