"Jim is a great guy to work with!!! He was very understanding and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He oversaw the entire operation of removing a wall to open up the living area. This encompassed general demo and construction, electrical, resurfacing, matching texture and repainting. Followed by some special hardwood floor detail work. "Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us.
