We picked out a quartz countertop, sink and they installed a new faucet we purchased. They were even able to get the quartz in with out any seems. Very satisfied with the service and installation of our new kitchen countertop"

"Juan and crew did the whole 2 bedroom condo in one day and it looks BEAUTIFUL! They took the initiative to cut carpeting, which we had communicated our intent to replace after painting, along baseboards in order to ensure paint covered all base moulding. They also caulked between wall and ceilings - looks so much better! Very honest; professional, and courteous! Thank you!"

"We originally hired Stellar Stone to install a granite countertop we purchased at Menard’s. It was damaged in transit, so I called to see if Stellar could help us. Brenda was courteous and helpful in finding the perfect remnant for our project, and at a great price. She and Alex kept us up to date on the fabrication progress, and the earliest possible installation date was secured. The work went swiftly and professionally, and the result is beautiful. I heartily recommend that you call them."

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
