"We had a ceiling that needed to be retextured after a roof leak. Alan responded to my Angi post very quickly. I sent some pictures of the project, and he gave me a reasonable quote. Why we are happy: Communication was excellent and included his reminder text to us the day before his arrival. He arrived when he said he would arrive. When he arrived, he saw another part of the leak repair that he thought needed some work and he threw that in at no additional cost. He set up quickly, putting drop cloths from the front door to the repair spot. He worked efficiently and finished the project in a short amount of time. The section he worked on looks great! We highly recommend Ugly Walls!!"
