He sat with me, listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions, and then took his time to walk through the entire house while he thoroughly and carefully inspected the floors. He had to have been there for 90 minutes to two hours. My trust in Floored At Home was earned that day. Robert Stys became the project manager once the project began moving forward. He was patient, always available, and accommodated all of my requests and/or answered all of my questions. He and his team, Zoltan, Alejandro, and Peter were incredible. I realize this review is a bit lengthy, but Floored At Home truly deserves it. I am not easy to please, and I have no complaints with Floored At Home. I absolutely love the final result. I didnâ t think to take pictures and my contractor has now covered the floors to keep them protected while he completes the last of his work. Maybe I can add pictures to this review in another week or so. Fingers crossed. In the meantime, if you are looking to have your floors refinished or restored, look no further.
