He came at 8am fixed it, didn't high pressure me to sign up for a service contract. Knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with. He had me fixed up in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend him. His pricing was also very fair. I gave him more than he asked for."

"Heat pump actually needs to be replaced. Tech showed me video and testing he performed. And why my heat pump was not working. Got up to a cold house this morning. Tried everything I knew to get the house warmer. Called ARS, the scheduled tech and he showed up the same day. I will have to wait for new heat pump to come in. I am satisfied with service so far."
