Quality Service Today replaced my septic tank and the drainfield. From the beginning I felt at ease with the process thanks to the awesome customer service I received. When it was time for the installation the technicians kept me informed the entire time and answered all of my questions. I know who to call for any of my plumbing or septic needs.

Quality Service Today has a customer for life. They are phenomenal in every way! Pricing was affordable and every person I talked to in the office were friendly and very helpful. From the very first phone call to the last goodbye from the technicians, I received nothing but the best service. I called to get the kitchen and bathroom sinks clear of blockage. This was After the technician troubleshooted, I paid for the septic to be pumped and was told the septic pump wasn't working, I needed some $1000 repair... I declined to get 2nd opinion (just to find out from my normal septic guy that it was working fine the next week, just had floats twisted, that was a $50 service call), I paid for some piping upgrades and was told to wait for the camera prior to getting the piping snaked and repaired, I could get a discount if I paid for annual service program... that was ~$2300 all together.... next evening, the camera technician came and I was shown all of my3" to 4" piping by camera, all of which was was not plugged or suspected of being plugged, because he didn't put the camera up smaller diameter pipe. (why then did I need piping inspected prior to clearing, it was all smaller pipe where the back up was???). Maybe, cause he was trying to sell me on replacing old pipe before it had any problems, he certainly had a sales pitch for that. The camera technician, then told me it was going to cost MORE to get the originally requested pipe cleared, (the first technician, who I paid said it was included).... ???? People I am tapped out... I don't do payments if I can't afford it up front. I cleared the pipes myself after buying the $20 pipe snake tool from Home Depot... They NEVER fixed the original reason for the service call!!! TOTAL upsell. The technicians spend a lot of time looking for problems not requested. They are well equipped and well train DID NOT focus on getting the problem fixed first... its all about the upsell. Do not recommend.

I usually mainly leave reviews for restaurant and bars, because thatâ s what Iâ m an expert at, however you do not need to be an expert to understand good quality service. This company lives up to the name and exceeds it by far. Trevor came and did some work yesterday for me, he was outstanding at explaining all of the problems and potential solutions, he was extremely kind, punctual, focused and thorough. Because of how he represented The company I feel it will be foolish of me to allow anyone else to do anything with plumbing in my house. Heâ s gained complete trust in just one day of working. If youâ re looking for good quality service, please just read the name and look nowhere else but Quality Service today. If I were you I would ask for Trevor Foust. Heâ s going to make sure you understand everything thatâ s going on and I understand all of your options. Thank you to all the kind staff that I spoke to.

They sent a guy who inserted a TV camera probe in the line, and when he ecountered water (indicating a belly in the line), he pulled it out and refused to go any further, stopping after 35 feet of a 75-foot line. Then he presented a bill as if he had done the whole job. The line has been in continuous use for 2 1/2 years with no sign of a clog or backing up but that was the pretext he claimed for pulling out. Also, he had me sign three screens on his I-pad with text so dense it would have taken me 5 minutes to read each one. They probably each stated that I was satisfied with the performance, and now they had my signatiure to prove it. I would call these inconclusive weasel clauses. The next day they solicited an email statement of my satisfaction, and I gave them low marks. A few days later they asked me to call. They connected me to the service manager who clearly was determined to belittle my opinion and absolve Quality Plumbing of any malfeasance, regardless of the evidence. Bottom line: They should have offered to prorate their fee to 35/75ths of the $545 they quoted before work began. That's for 15 minutes work or $2180 per hour. Even lawyers don't charge that much. I'm still steamed at the manager's disdainful attitude. Quality Plumbing will never get a kind word from me in the future.

After reviewing the job and phone calls we see the main estimate you signed included a statement, that we cannot camera the line if the drain is clogged or if any obstruction are present. There is no way to know the length of a sewer without videoing the lines unless the original plans are available. Therefore, it would be impossible to credit a portion of work. Prior to the start of work our technician did give you a $155 deduction and waived the service fee of $69, equaling a $225 discount on the work. Our goal is for quality work with every job and we understand if you feel we missed the mark. We do hope to have the opportunity to rectify your experience in the future.
