People worked everyday and completed the pool resurfacing with new tile, pebble flooring for the pool, pool decking, redoing doing our patio and adding concrete to a part of our patio in 2 weeks! "They resurfaced my old pool with mini pebble, new tile and added a dedicated pool vacuum suction line and auto fill line. It looks great. They were able to add the 2 lines without cutting concrete, which really surprised me because the spot to tap into the water supply is up against the wall of the house under a patio cover with concrete slab. Plus they had to go under several feet of cool deck. Cody also fixed a leak in our skimmer for no extra charge. Another company quoted $350 for sealing the skimmer. Platinum Pool Care did the whole job in less than 10 days even though rain delayed one of the scheduled days. When it was done I forgot to get someone to turn off the hose that was filling the pool so it overflowed and got debris in the pool. Cody came out and cleaned it up for no charge!!! Awesome service, I highly recommend them!!"

"We contacted several pool re modelers, some never returned our call, showed up, or finished the estimate. ..These are huge red flags! Carmine came out in a timely manner, and gave us an estimate at the same time. He also made some great recommendations too. We had an old plaster pool, and wanted something new and that we could enjoy. They did a great job remodeling our swimming pool with mini pebble-tech, adding a baja deck and 2 umbrella holders, resurfacing the cool decking around the pool and patio, and replacing the filtering system. Carmine gave us some great recommendations when choosing colors, designing the baja deck, and filter. He knows his stuff, and is a very personable guy...not a huckster. The workers did a great job of removing all the old plaster, and installing the mini pebble-tech without tearing up my backyard, they also cleaned up after themselves. No mess. Other companies we talked to told us it would be months before they could complete the job.. That was the #1 thing we did not want, ...we refused to have our backyard torn up for months. Carmine made sure that once they started, they stayed on it & got it done. Start to finish it was a 2-3 weeks. (had to wait for baja deck cement to cure) Pool Innovations also gave us a very reasonable price for all the work they did. Carmine and Maria were very good about returning my calls/texts. I'm sure I was a PIA, but I am a very detail oriented person. Yes I will recommend them."
