"Chris (owner) was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry for removing my under mount sink to install a new drop in sink and faucet and gave a free estimate. He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. When the came out to provide an estimate they found an issue left by the last company to service my air HVAC where the return duct into the blower unit was unsealed. The quote I was given, to include fixing the problem that was left, came in at about half of what my previous company wanted to charge. The dispatchers and technician communicated with me any delays and whe the technicians, David and Donny, arrived, the went over everything they were gping to do and explained what they were doing and why throughout the process. Overall, I was very satisfied."
