His work is by far the best we have ever seen. He was meticulous about the installation, he listened to us and answered any questions that we had. We were able to acquire additional tile that had been installed in the rest of the house, and he put that in our bedroom. "I needed some repair done on my rolldown storm rouladen. Warren offered to help, but acknowledged that these are not a specialty of his. While looking at the rouladen, he noticed the vent pipe boots were splitting and pointed them out. I could see the damage from the ground. He replaced all three in 30 minutes. He was there when he said he would be, and didn't walk around my house looking for more things to work on. He worked quickly and for a reasonable price. He did not buy the parts and upcharge to me. He gave me the receipt showing what the boots cost. New to the area, I feel relieved to have someone I can trust to work on my home with skill, honesty and integrity."
