They had to replace all of the drywall, and I learned that the builder never secured the electrical outlets on part of my wall, so Nicolas made sure that he secured the outlets prior to installing the drywall. They were on time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and are coming back to apply a second coat of sealant in a week, all part of the quoted price, which was extremely reasonable :-).
