"Our appointment was set between Noon and 3pm. Received a call from "Josh" a little after twelve, saying they were in the neighborhood. About twenty minutes later, Pat B arrived. Pat B asked a few questions, and then went right to work. Josh, apparently, is the supervisor, but Pat B did the work in fine fashion and in a timely manner. Very professional, and let us know exactly what was involved, including the cost. Job was completed satisfactorily in less than an hour. We have been using A-1 for many years, and have never had a bad experience. We highly recommend this company."
