"Vidal is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and Vidal from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour. He also was very clean, put everything back to the way it was and also work shoe coverings as he ran back and forth between the shower and basement. Highly recommend!"

"Salesperson, Scott Matalevich, worked with us to get us the right air condition for our house. He was very polite and patient and wore a mask due to this Covid19 problem. The technicians, Dwayne and Keyrox did a great job in the installation of our air condition. Everything was neat and clean by the time they left the house. They worked really .hard, not even taking a long break. Also Want to put in a great word for Farrah Coppinger, from Customer Service.
