"After deciding to convert our bathroom from a tub to shower, I talked to 4 different contractors. Octavio from AV Construction explained the process fully, and handled the permitting process along with scheduling inspections. His quote was much more reasonable than others and the savings allowed me to step up to better quality materials. They installed a complete shower system with two niches in the shower, lighting and exhaust fan, new window and framed in a larger medicine cabinet along with installing new toilet, flooring and vanity. All work was completed within our agreed timeline in a professional manner. Noe, our tile installer, did an outstanding job showing great attention to detail. Weâ re so happy with the results and I would recommend AV Construction for your next home improvement project."
