"I would not hesitate to recommend Glenn and his company World Class Interiors to anyone. Glenn honors his promises, and provides excellent service. - My wonderful experience started with a very prompt same-day (possibly same-hour from what I recall) email reply from Glenn upon submission of my HomeAdvisor inquiry. Glenn had no problems providing me a rough estimate via email when I sent him pictures and sizes of the garage floors to be epoxy treated. He replied promptly to all my emails, and we setup an in-person appointment where he confirmed the spec and agreed on a fair price. Though my wife's color choice meant a bit of back-and-forth as we made up our minds on what would be our perfect blend, Glenn did not complain and accommodated us professionally and amicably. - He started the job when he promised he would, he and his crew worked daily until the job was done, and completed the project as promised. Even though our concrete floor was particularly troublesome (I have learned from this and other projects that our concrete is a high-density blend that is difficult to grind) Glenn did NOT try to up-charge me or otherwise stray from our agreed price. He simply got it done. - The results came out perfect, leaving us with the best garage on the block. I'm admittedly a somewhat picky customer with high standards. I was not shy to let Glenn know before we started the project how I wanted the finish to appear, and Glenn delivered a high end job that met with my complete satisfaction. Once the floors were done, I even hired him to paint the interior, as well. - In short, Glenn is exactly what you should expect from a professional. He kept his promises, communicated with me throughout the job, and left me with a quality finish that I was proud of. I only wish all tradesmen could work to his high standards. Though his price wasn't the cheapest (somewhere in the middle actually), he certainly delivered the best value. - He has made his way onto my short-list of preferred contractors, and I will call upon him again in the future. Don't let his gruff exterior fool you, he's a gentleman and a pro who knows how to treat his customers right."
