Gavin responded to my call right away and found a way to fit me in during the week to help me out. I had a 35-year career in commercial construction project management so was refreshingly surprised and appreciative of Gavin’s high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, punctuality, and communication. Because of his experience, he was able to point out improvements to my plan that I liked. His skills are at the highest level and he took the time to do little extra things around the fireplace that weren’t his scope of work but made it better and saved me work. He finished in 2 ½ days. It was such a good experience for me that I hope I come up with another tiling job for him."

He has done many projects for me, he does more than just decks. He has done windows, remodeling work, painting, and also put on a bathtub. He is the one I always call."

"I hired Hugo to do 85? of fence replacement and a gate update and cost was more important than making it look good. Hugo asked me a few questions and got me a quote that was reasonable based on what the last company had charged. Then they built this amazing fence and gate that changed my entire back yard. Hugo was onsite checking the work every day, and the crew was here 5 minutes before the start time. We?d been trying to figure out a ramp for years so I asked for ideas. This was not a money making job but it was done with just as much attention to detail as all the other work. When they left, they cleaned up stuff the last company left. These days I?m happy if people just do their job, so I?m really happy with the work and the entire experience I had."
