He was very knowledgeable with all the various building codes and did a great job of communicating what the best practice and standards too follow. He also did a great job of removing the old piping that was in my bathroom that was corroded and replaced it with all new piping for a double vanity and shower/tub assembly. In addition to installing the tub itself. Chris was also very professional in his approach, he was always on time, friendly to answering questions and reasonably priced. "Customer service and communication were fantastic. He called me about 10 minutes after I received his information through Angie?s. We made arrangements for him to come the following morning between 8 and 10. He was promptly there at 8 AM., he quickly got to work, assess the situation and figure out the best way to solve my immediate problem, which was the furnace wasn?t working. He needed a few things so ran out to the local hardware. Once he got to work, he was finished and cleaned up within about 45 minutes. Furnace was back up and running, with a new breaker. Financing and paperwork was all done over the phone Friday afternoon with Chris, who was wonderful. We had Jimmy and Ryan out as our installers. My wife works from home and had nothing but great things to say about them. They didn't disrupt her work day by needing to turn off power or anything, just the noise from them working, which is understandable.
