"The workers informed me that they were on their way, they checked the equipment out and began explaining to me what was happening with my furnace and the thermostat , they took good care off my equipment and they went and purchased the part in needed and they kept me informed. They were very pleasant with great personalities . I will definitely hire them again.. I asked for their business cards to give others that need their air conditioner repair they walked me through everything. Great guys. Thanks"

"Customer Service with Christina was great, I told her I needed a heat pump installed that I purchased online she asked me some questions I asked her some she put me at ease. They removed old unit and disposed of it installed new unit in a hour came inside checked vent for heat/pressure and registered my unit. I will also be using them for seasonal maintenance when needed. Techs were very respectful and efficient and answered my questions. I will definitely recommend air time to my friends/family."
