I hired Rick to replace the subflooring and tub in my bathroom but ended up hiring him to tile the bathroom floor, fix the flashing on my chimney, install basement windows, replace a rotten deck step, and put in a new hot water heater. He did a beautiful job with the bathroom remodel and all of my additional requests; I now have the bathroom I dreamed of! He was flexible when I asked him to complete additional tasks around my home, and pointed out improvements that I could make myself to keep my energy bills down. Rick walked me through the entire process, what I could expect, and how I could get the most value on my limited budget. His price was fair and I got a terrific value- he charged what he estimated.
