"Zolinkski Quality Construction is head and shoulders above any other contractor! We hired Arnold and his crew to remodel our 1950s hall bath, and to save our master bath. An incompetent contractor recently spent 4 months trying to remodel the master bath, but instead left us with an unsafe, unusable, and hideous mess. Unlike most contractors who scam you by forcing you into choosing supplies that they have left over from other jobs, and then over-charging you for those supplies, Arnold doesn't play these games.  Instead Arnold advises you what you need and suggests where to buy supplies. He also gives you a schedule, so you know when to buy the supplies. He then sticks to the schedule he has set.  You buy directly whatever you want based on his recommendations, and you have it delivered to your house, so you know exactly what the supplies cost. Before Arnold began the project, he answered our many questions promptly. Arnold and his crew completely remodeled our hall bath and our master bath in only 8 working days total.  They showed up every morning promptly and all 4 of them worked incredibly hard.  Many contractors work on several projects simultaneously, so they often come for a short time and then disappear for weeks, but Arnold and his crew work on one project at a time and give you their full attention and expertise. Their craftsmanship is superior and the price was fair.  Arnold asks you want you want, offers helpful advice on the details, problem-solves how to accomplish your desired goals, and delivers fantastic results quickly. Arnold also met with inspectors from our township to ensure every detail was to code. They even cleaned up carefully. Arnold and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and a pleasure to have in our home.  We highly recommend them, and we will be using them for future projects too!"

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
