"This company is amazing! We had walkways installed by another contractor who left us with major pitch and water drainage issues who refused to come back and look/resolve. Alcir came out and accessed the problems the same day-we met with several other contractors, some wanted to go way overboard to fix and some not enoughm Alcir seemed lie the perfect balance, made us comfortable with how the work would get done, and was willing to do when others are not willing to fix someone elses work. I was at ease the entire time his team was here-Sandro made me very comfortable after all we had been threw with 2 other lousy contractors and the job from hell. I was so worried about tearing everything up but they made it easy and painless. After the rain we had a slight problem in one spot and they came right back out the next morning and even helped fix other problem area while here.
