"Mike responded to my request immediately, set up an appointment to look at my job and give an estimate right away, and then completed the work in 4 days. Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid. "Two men showed up to mount a new microwave over my stove in place of the microwave that had stopped working. I thought 12 years was pretty good for a microwave. They appreciated that since it was the same manufacturer and almost the same model to replace, that I had both installation books. I considered the time it took about average. I appreciated their good manners and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy."
