"We hired Jose last summer (2025) to remove some flag stones in the back yard and move them to the front walkway as well as put in a 16x14' concrete slab in the back yard. We interviewed 4 other contractors but he was the only one that gave us ideas on how to make it better than I could have imagined! What originally started as a single concrete slab in the back yard turned into a show piece walkway in the front yard and a back yard patio that was nice enough to add a gazebo! You would think that with all the extra add ons it would have been way over budget but it ended up costing much less than all the other quotes! We are looking at having Jose put in a new 28'x28' slab in the other side of the yard for a possible basketball hoop or, gosh, anything. I really recommend this company. They came out quickly to perform a price quote and then set the forms one day ane poured the patio a few days later. They were professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
