We discovered cracks as well as a very high moisture level even after four months of drying..We spoke with two other contractors that told us that there system would not work due to the moisture level then we met with Randy the owner of Floor Groomers. Randy discussed our situation with his suppliers technical people and put together a plan and cost associated with the work. The project was completed on schedule and on budget and we cannot say enough about how patient and responsive Randy has been throughout the entire job.
