Owner and contractor Bryan Powell and his crew by far exceeded our expectations in exterior painting, multi-level woodwork jobs, pressure washing and assistance of electrical set up for final touches and beautification of our home. Bryan is a very fair, kind business person that has many years of experience in painting and contracting. He delivered what he promised on time and was attentive to our needs and arrived to answer questions from us daily and to check in with his crew. Crew Leaders Tiago and Freddy did a fantastic job with the most dedicated, professional, hardworking team we have worked with over the last 20 years. Bryanâ s team was extraordinarily meticulous with such high level to detail and perfection and made sure each day there was no evidence of any debris. Their work was amazingly clean and they were extremely courteous. They provided the much neglected exterior of our home with a beautiful facelift. Tiago and Freddy arrived as promised a few days after the majority of the Project was completed for a final walk around and installed 4 new light fixtures for us. The Crew also did a few extra small side jobs not in the contract at no extra charge. Bryan is very honest and customer focused. We highly recommend Bryan Powell for painting and contract work. "We are remodeling our kitchen from the studs up and wanted an architect to design our kitchen to make sure the new appliances, cabinets, flooring, lighting, large window, workstation sink, custom hood all went with each other and fit perfectly. We were referred to YDB by our contractor. Jamaal designed our kitchen. As with any remodeling we changed our mind a few times as we worked our way to a design we liked. Jamaal was patient with us as he went thru a few iterations of re-designing and re-renderings. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, has good ideas, and an eye for chic. YDB fees are also reasonable. We are waiting on our contractor to start the remodeling work and will post back when the install is complete on how everything came together."

"EENN Construction assessed the project of replacing an existing deck and promptly provided a very competitive estimate. Evandson was a true pleasure with whom to work, polite and communicative with every aspect of the project and a professional from start to finish. He worked alongside his team every day and when an issue was encountered, it was quickly addressed and resolved. He was completely accommodating when a material selection change was made and it never slowed the progress of the work. The team showed up on time, worked hard and completed the project quickly with no delays. The work site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the project. I would definitely use his services again."

"They were prompt, and created minimal dust from sanding. The floors are beautiful. Our Victorian required extra care with the older wood, and hand sanding around radiators and nooks. They returned three times more so that our grand piano could stay in the room. Ours was a large project. , and the price was very reasonable,. Weihlington and his cousin were very pleasant to work with. Bravo!"
