"Arc Insulation went above and beyond our expectations. Chris was such a pleasure to work with and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. We did spray foam insulation and had several companies come out to give us a quote. No one seemed to have the knowledge or customer service Arc Insulation was able to provide. Luis performed the actual spray foam insulation and did a wonderful job. Our home is now night and day with comfort levels. "The customer service from Luke was outstanding. He came out and provided a quote exactly when he said he would. It was raining on the day we had the insulation put in, however they let us know ahead of time they couldn't do the spray foam portion we wanted (they will come back in the spring), and finished the blown-in. Everything was neat, and they notified us at certain checking points as they were progressing. I wish more companies operated this way!"
