"My wife and I were not expecting to hire Mad City but were just planning on listening to the presentation and getting a quote. We would politely thank the rep and ask for our gift card and send them on their way. Surprise!! We were blown away by the presentation, the knowledge and articulation of the presenter and the product and process she had to offer! We had a walk through of our 3 bathrooms, discussing changes and enhancements and concluded by contracting all 3 to be worked on. I have to say that this work was not cheap ,but we talked it over with our financial adviser and he said go for it. The installation was first rate. The team was very polite and diligent in their tasks - amazingly fast, conducting themselves like true professionals. They took the old walls down to the studs and put up new walls and fixtures with everything sealed tight. They cleaned up all the demolition stuff and we had no debris to deal with. My wife and I are just delighted with the finished product and the installation process. We will certainly be letting our family and friends know! I stated earlier that this was not cheap work, but in the end my wife and I feel like we got our money's worth!"
