"Having Angilito as our project manager was a true blessing. Our home remodeling project had been meticulously planned for a long time. We were inspired by the beautiful results of Homescapes Design and Construction's work on our close friend's home addition. During a walk-through of their project, we had the pleasure of meeting Angilito, who was their project manager at the time. It was an instant connection, and we knew right then and there that we wanted to collaborate with Angilito and Homescapes Design and Construction. We entrusted them with our entire project, including design and architecture services. Our remodel involved structural changes, for which Jamie, the company's architect, provided invaluable assistance. From planning to the permit stage, the process went smoothly, despite challenges in communication with the city. Thanks to the team at Homescapes Design and Construction, everything stayed on schedule. Angilito proved to be an exceptional asset, displaying patience and firmness in dealings with vendors and remodeling professionals. He attended to every intricate detail, ensuring that the project progressed according to plan. The city inspector was impressed by the team's organization and attention to detail, acknowledging their professionalism. Choosing Homescapes Design and Construction was a decision we do not regret. We felt secure in their capable hands and trusted them to deliver quality work. We extend our gratitude to the rest of the remodeling team, whose respectfulness and assistance were greatly appreciated throughout the process."

"When we decided we wanted to redo our downstairs, to include the removal of two walls, we knew we didnt want to rush a decision. We brought 7 different companies to give us bids and took almost a month make the decision. They werent the least expensive bid, NES was the most communicative, most prepared, and most professional of all the companies we let give us bids. They explicitly said what they planned to do and what the cost would be. There was no If this, then that. Everything was precisely planned. They communicated daily to let us know exactly who would come the next day, at what time, and what work they would do. We never wondered, Is anyone coming today? Natalie was great going over designs. Sean was great going over production. Their team was professional, considerate of our living space, and experts at what they did. They cleaned/dusted each day. I need more than 999 characters to tell you how amazing they are. We'll never have to look for another contractor again."

"Yigal at Upfront Remodeling was a godsend. After our kitchen was flooded, we needed immediate help renovating and reconstructing. While we had to wrangle with insurance and mitigation companies, we knew we wanted to work with Upfront Remodeling, because Yigal had remodeled two of our bathrooms in 2021. He was so easy to work with, and the job was finished at budget on time. We appreciate all he has done to make our kitchen beautiful and useable."
