"Can?t say enough good things about this company. I needed someone to remove the porcelain tile and backer board leaving only the subfloor in my kitchen and morning room. Then install new wood flooring that required weaving into the existing flooring from my living room and dining room. The 2 companies I called prior wanted nothing to do with the removal/demo work. When I called Fabricio flooring they said we can do it all. Had a free consultation with the owner who walked through the house to answer all my questions and provide his knowledge and insight. His estimate for the job wasn?t just a number, he broke down every aspect of the job with a price leaving nothing to be questioned. I agreed and we set a date. They preformed a pre walk through before the job started to make sure everything was set. Can?t say enough about the politeness of his crew. They worked real hard and the end result was stunning, just ask my wife. This is my flooring company moving forward for sure."

"The entire experience was amazing! Marty communicated with us well the entire time. I don't think I have ever seen someone work so diligently to get a job done and done well. I most appreciated his expertise for not only installing the tile but also what would look the best. His recommendations were far better than anything I came up with on my own and I appreciated him laying out the pros and cons. I completely trusted his opinion! We have had several trades in our home since then to do other types of work and they have all been super impressed. I would recommend Marty to anyone!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
