"After the original painter we hired fell through (turns out he wasn't licensed or insured), we were in a bind to paint our entire condo before moving in. We were on a tight schedule. Nilo called within minutes and was at the condo the next morning to provide an estimate, which was reasonable and his crew could start the next day.
