"The 3-level deck structure consists of a 2nd floor deck, 1st floor above-ground deck and a lower ground deck The project involved 3 phases - repair/prep, raise/level, sand/stain - and was completed in 4 days. Sam's solutions for leveling the deck and also the installation of flashing to resolve a water problem were great! Sam and his team provided high quality workmanship at a very reasonable cost.
