"Really liked working with these guys. Very easy to work with and accommodated my changes during project. Good and frequent communication. Project cost was close to estimate and more work was done than I initially proposed. I would recommend this company."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel, a contractor who exceeded all my expectations. He completed my kitchen backsplash, installed a bathroom vanity, and repaired a drywall seam between my living room and kitchen. Each task was executed with precision and attention to detail, showcasing his exceptional craftsmanship. Daniel's professionalism and commitment to quality were evident from start to finish. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and left the workspace immaculate every day. The kitchen backsplash looks stunning, the bathroom vanity is flawlessly installed, and the drywall repair is seamless—it's like the damage was never there. If you're considering hiring a contractor, I highly recommend Daniel. You won't be disappointed. We are moving into a turn-key home, but we will definitely retain Daniel's contact information for any future projects. Thank you, Daniel, for your outstanding work and dedication to being apart of helping us sell our home!"

"I would recommend Kelly with KLB Remodel to anyone. She has done several remodel jobs for us as well as for friends and family that we had recommended her to. We first hired her 6 years ago for a kitchen remodel job. The end result was exactly as we had hoped and the management along the way made the process feel less stressful. We just recently completed another kitchen remodel in our new house and a total gut and redo of our casita. With home remodel we are well aware that there will always be some complications. What mattered most was how well Kelly responded to any problem that occurred. She was always on it immediately and handled everything as if it were her own home. The original estimate was clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated how detailed it was and the flexibility of selecting our allowance items. The end cost of the job stayed consistent with the original proposal and the only additional costs were from us adding to the job. Thank you KLB. We look forward to working with you again!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
