"We hired Roberto and his team to install drywall in our garage. The work done was great and it exceeded our expectations. As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. "Christian went above and beyond to help me with a tough tile project in my bathroom. There were 7 broken ceramic tiles and a missing threshold. He was able to replace the tiles with some new ceramic tiles that I found and create a square design with smaller Italian tiles I had, which came out beautifully and he also fixed the cement underneath to create a smooth and even floor, and regrout, and installed a beautiful new marble threshold. After a few conversations, I quickly noticed that he is passionate and cares about delivering quality work and communicates with you about the process to ensure that you are happy with the outcome. Also, he is flexible and adaptable and takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and I can see why he has so many excellent reviews. He is not only a very hard working man, who is committed to giving it his all, he cares deeply about working with you to ensure your project is done professionally, honestly, and affordably. "I called the owner Steve and he immediately called me back. He was able to schedule a time for an estimate within a couple of days. Steve brought numerous samples for carpeting and vinyl flooring when he came out. He made all the measurements that day and gave me the estimate. I was pleased with the pricing so Steve set up the installation for the following week. The 3 installers were professional. They tore up all the old carpeting for family room, living room, stairway, hallway and one bedroom and replaced with new carpeting. They also tore up the old flagstone in front of fireplace and replaced it with fire proof vinyl flooring. They took all the old flooring with them after completing the job. They were able to complete all the work in one day. Steve came by after the job was completed and checked that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Minuteman Floors."
