"Rick is everything you'd want in a contractor. He arrived on time for his estimate appointment, thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and completely answered all of my questions. On the day of the project, he arrived on time, explained again the work to be done, removed his shoes before entering my clean house, made multiple trips to his truck and my basement, respecting my clean house as did his helpers. The work was completed on time and the work area was left cleaner than he found it. Rick's customer service skills are some of the best I've seen in the industry. He came highly recommended by a neighbor and I now know why. Rick, if you ever branch out into plumbing, heating, roofing, etc. or please let me know. I'll be the first to line up! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life.
