"Three words to describe our experience with M. Annis: quality, trustworthy, and competitively priced. We had to do a basement build-back after extensive water damage and mold mitigation, including installation of new drywall, texturing, painting, and trim work. Michael responded to my initial call really quickly, and worked around my busy schedule to come out and assess the project. He sent a clear and competitively priced bid within a day or two, and kept a spot open in his schedule for us to begin the project as soon as we wanted. Working with Mike on the initial bid was a really pleasant and no-pressure experience. He talked me through the details to help me understand the scope of the project and time-frame. Likewise, Cory, his associate, has done superlative work on this build back. He has been fast and efficient without sacrificing quality of workmanship. Cory is a master painter, and did a beautiful job in hanging the drywall and making sure the texture and grade matched up perfectly, before painting. Cory is extremely conscientious and explains what he is doing, his timeline, and what is upcoming, so we can plan accordingly. While this seems like a minor detail, this kind of clear communication has been really helpful for our household, as we are a busy one, with a lot of appointments in and out of the home. To know what kind of work he will be doing, and how long it will take has really helped make my life easier. He is also incredibly respectful of space and schedules, and has been unobtrusive and just really pleasant to work with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his craft, and it shows. Everyone who has come into the home has commented on "how much better it looks." Based on the work done so far, I am having Cory do additional projects around the home. I would wholeheartedly recommend M. Annis for large and small home projects. I am really pleased with their services, and feel lucky to have found such high quality craftsmen at such a fair price!"

"The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. AND to go out of their way, a couple months back we also used West Shore Home for a full bath replacement and one of the young men acutally put quarter round down at the base of the new bath install and POP, made it look 100% better. "Due to business requirements, my schedule can change unexpectedly. Kiko was very accommodating of my time (we had to reschedule the install twice due to my erratic schedule) and was able to fit me in last minute to complete the install. I actually think Kiko skipped his lunch so he could come over when I was available though Kiko is too professional to mention that he skipped his lunch. Kiko was: - always on-time - appropriately communicative (immediately responded to my inquiries but didn't flood me with texts/calls which, is what I expect but is hard to find) - professional - knowledgeable and helpful - friendly demeanor MOST IMPORTANTLY - Kiko did an excellent and efficient job installing my new window pane. Kiko was very careful to not damage the window frame while removing the broken window pane and installing the new window pane. I had assumed that I would have to repaint the window frame once the install was complete but Kiko was so careful with his work that none of the paint was damaged and I didn't have to take time out of my day to paint. The new seals for the window pane appear to be very well done and the window looks perfect - as if it was never replaced. We've had rain and cold weather since the install and there were no leaks or condensation/clouding between the window panes (Kiko repaired a double-pane window). Kiko also cleaned up after the install and left my house as he found it. Regarding price, Kiko's invoice was exactly what he quoted me prior to install and there were no surprises or additional charges. I will definitely work with Kiko/Glass Gorilla on any future glass projects and will recommend his services to others in similar need. Having worked with contractors in the past, Kiko's excellent work and personal qualities mentioned warrant a five-star rating for this project."

"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
