"Due to business requirements, my schedule can change unexpectedly. Kiko was very accommodating of my time (we had to reschedule the install twice due to my erratic schedule) and was able to fit me in last minute to complete the install. I actually think Kiko skipped his lunch so he could come over when I was available though Kiko is too professional to mention that he skipped his lunch. Kiko was: - always on-time - appropriately communicative (immediately responded to my inquiries but didn't flood me with texts/calls which, is what I expect but is hard to find) - professional - knowledgeable and helpful - friendly demeanor MOST IMPORTANTLY - Kiko did an excellent and efficient job installing my new window pane. Kiko was very careful to not damage the window frame while removing the broken window pane and installing the new window pane. I had assumed that I would have to repaint the window frame once the install was complete but Kiko was so careful with his work that none of the paint was damaged and I didn't have to take time out of my day to paint. The new seals for the window pane appear to be very well done and the window looks perfect - as if it was never replaced. We've had rain and cold weather since the install and there were no leaks or condensation/clouding between the window panes (Kiko repaired a double-pane window). Kiko also cleaned up after the install and left my house as he found it. Regarding price, Kiko's invoice was exactly what he quoted me prior to install and there were no surprises or additional charges. I will definitely work with Kiko/Glass Gorilla on any future glass projects and will recommend his services to others in similar need. Having worked with contractors in the past, Kiko's excellent work and personal qualities mentioned warrant a five-star rating for this project."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
