"I got my garage floor coated by Guardian because the concrete was dry and powdery. The whole process from quote to scheduling to application to payment was all very easy and efficient. The guys who applied the coating were very professional and experienced. They kept me fully informed and did a really good job. They arrived before 8am and were done by about 1pm. The product dried very fast and was fully cured after 24 hours so I was able to get my cars and clutter back in the garage in no time. The chemical smell was not very strong or long lasting. The floor looks great and will be easy to keep clean. I went for muted colors to match the color scheme of my house and small flakes. The heavy flake gives the floor some texture so it should not be too slippery when wet. I am really happy with my entire experience with Guardian."
