He communicated very well about his arrival time and showed up with everything needed to complete the job except for something he couldnâ t have known prior. He went to ACE hardware for the part without additional charges to me. He completed everything needed and sent me pictures and video (deep up in the attic) so I could see how well the job was completed. Very professional and cleaned up the area when done. An EXCELLENT service!!! Will hire him again when needed."
