He quoted a competitive price and I went with him. Two rainy seasons and everything is perfect and I couldnâ t be happier. I also had some leaking in the garage. He diagnosed the issue as rotting window encasing and replaced all the wood surrounding my front windows without extending the job timing as a fair cost.
