"I was very happy with the job Cool Edge s work and service. The compressor in my heat pump had stopped working and the unit was not heating the air that was coming out of the system. There was an issue with the warranty and the dealer would not cover the replacement part. Josh reached out to the dealer to see if they would cover the part anyway, but they said no so I would need to pay for them. I had decided to replace the compressor myself, but I believed some complications could arise that might be difficult in the process. Josh agreed to work with me on the price and assured me that they would get the system fixed correctly. I trusted them and they scheduled the repair the next day I was available. They swapped out the compressor but also found a couple other issues which they fixed for me at no additional cost. My system is working better than it ever has. I am grateful for the job they did, and I would recommend them without hesitation for your HVAC needs."
