"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. He asked for feedback on onsite (appreciated) and walked with handshake. He performed honest work. Highly recommend Jeff. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
